Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques ensure process repeatability. Promex has standardized upon the use of SAC 305 lead-free alloy, but can adjust to any lead-free solder. A laser vision solder paste measurement system and on-site/ on-line x-ray allow consistent processing of high technology SMT components and assemblies.
